I've been a loyal Dreams customer for many years. Despite having closer branches to my location, I consistently choose to travel to Dreams in Wednesbury. At this store, I've consistently received a warm welcome from Jas and his team. They offer a refreshing absence of pressure selling, and their deep knowledge makes the buying experience feel like I'm purchasing from a trusted friend. Jas and his team truly shine as a testament to the quality of service at Dreams.

I've had a great experience from start to finish with using Dreams. In store, the staff were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them. The store has a good range of products, and it is very clean and welcoming. My bed was delivered today, and the delivery men were so polite and professional. They assembled my bed in no time and left no mess. The only issue is that the bed is a different colour than what I wanted. This is partly my fault as if I had checked the order details properly I would've noticed the issue. Even so, it looks beautiful and is of high quality.

Went today and had a great deal, Gary the sales person look after us and gave us the information about the mattress etc and the bed frame Had a nice mocha while we were working out the package deal we wanted, as normal a delivery lead time as expected Plenty of parking outside Easy access off main road 👍

Salesperson Dominique was really helpful! She went above and beyond what we expected. She took the time to show us around the showroom, giving us the features and benefits of the available options. We used the body scanner which helped us narrow down the options further. We came as a family with high energy little ones but nothing was too much trouble for Dominique, even offering us drinks. We didn’t buy today but that was only because we haven’t decided yet, it was not a reflection of the service we received. Thank you for all your help.

For the first few months our new mattress was very comfortable then it seemed to start to move.. it's as if there is a top layer and a bottom layer and the top layer is sliding off the one side of the bed don't think it's 2 years old yet..
